1. Refund Eligibility
   • Refunds will be granted only if a request is made at least two weeks prior to the event date.
   • No refunds will be given for requests made within two weeks of the event.

1. Event Cancellation
   • If the Briarwood Bio Bash is canceled by the host for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund.
